Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.

  • If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

  • We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Returns

  • If you're unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Once a box has been opened, it can't be returned for hygiene reasons. We're also unable to offer refunds or exchange after 30 days from delivery.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40.00. Orders below that ship at the rate calculated at checkout.

Referral Program

  • Open the rewards panel and grab your unique referral link, then share it however you like: text, DM, story. When your friend clicks it, they'll get their discount automatically.

  • Your friend gets $5 off their order, and you'll get $5 in credits once they complete their purchase.

  • A few common reasons: your friend needs to be a new customer (referrals are for first orders only), they need to purchase through your link in the same browser they clicked it in, and the reward only triggers after their order is completed. If you think something slipped through, reach out and we'll take a look.

Promotions + Orders

  • Yes our discount codes expire. Most codes are associated with a specific promotion that runs for a short period of time. If you have any questions about a particular discount code, please contact us.

  • Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order and it cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Please contact us with your order number and the code you would like to apply to your order. If it is applicable to your order, we will happily apply it!

Affiliate Program

  • Once you're accepted, you'll get a unique referral link and discount code to share with your audience. Every time someone shops through your link or uses your code, you earn a commission on their order. It's free to join, and there's no minimum follower count. We care more about genuine content than numbers.

  • You earn 13% commission on every order placed through your link or code. There's no cap on earnings, and top-performing creators are eligible for higher rates, free product drops, and early access to new launches.

  • Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal once you reach a $25 minimum balance. Payments are processed within the first week of each month for the previous month's approved sales.
