Pick up a cluster with the applicator, close to the base. Look down into a mirror instead of straight ahead, since looking down lifts your lid out of the way. Place the cluster underneath your natural lashes, snug against the roots. Not on your skin, not on top of your lashes. Start from the outer corner and work inward, using 3 to 5 clusters per eye. Longer clusters go on the outside, shorter ones toward the middle.

Tip: Under, not over. That's the whole secret. Sitting underneath is what makes them invisible and weightless.

Once your clusters are in place, gently pinch your natural lashes and the clusters together with the applicator (or clean fingertips) for a few seconds per cluster. This locks the bonding band around your lashes so everything moves as one. Blink, check the mirror, adjust anything that feels off, and you're done. Seconds, not minutes. Say less.

Tip: If a cluster feels loose, don't press harder. Lift it off, re-place it slightly closer to the root, then pinch again.

Never pull your lashes off dry. Ever. Apply a little oil-based remover, micellar water, or even a warm damp cotton pad along the lash line and let it sit for 10 to 15 seconds. The bond releases on its own, and the clusters slide off without taking any of your natural lashes with them. Gently wipe away any residue and you're clean.

Tip: If you feel resistance, stop and add more remover. Zero tugging is the rule. It protects your natural lashes and keeps your clusters reusable.

After removal, gently roll any leftover bond off the cluster base with clean fingers. Never rinse them under water or clean them with alcohol. Store them in their original tray so they hold their shape, away from heat and sunlight. Treated well, each set can be worn again and again. A little care goes a long way (and so does your set).
