We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the United States over $40. For orders under $40, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Right now we ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We're working on expanding to more countries soon. If you're outside these areas, sign up for our emails and we'll let you know as soon as we ship to you.
For orders to Canada and Mexico, duties and import taxes may be charged at delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.
Orders can be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Once processed, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once it ships. During holidays or peak times, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Returns
Shop with us
If you're unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Once a box has been opened, it can't be returned for hygiene reasons. We're also unable to offer refunds or exchange after 30 days from delivery.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.
Email us at support@saylessshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. If an item arrived damaged or wrong, please include a photo. We'll reply within 1 – 2 business days with instructions and a return address.
Sorry about that. Email us at support@saylessshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.
